Identitarian Spaces In Ethnic Female Literature

This book entitled, Identitarian Spaces in Ethnic Female Literature, highlights a survey of identity development, the relation between "identity" and "space" and ethnic female identities in selected ethnic female novels. Identity and space are diverting and subverting concepts in ethnic female literary, cultural and feminist studies that are being and will be shaped by different academic fields. Ethnic female identitarian spaces as interdisciplinary research area can open new paths in the exploration of ethnic female novels, future studies in ethnic literature and ethnic feminisms. Ethnic female writers have told and re-told their identity stories in spaces which they have travelled from past experiences to present lives, from margins to centers, and from in borders to beyond borders. Ethnic female identities formed and re-formed in multi-cultural spaces enrich the nature and structure of ethnic female novels and literature in which ethnic female narratives have woven a verbal ethnic feminine quilt presenting the multicolored stories of identity, race and gender in diversified multi-cultured identitarian spaces of ethnic female literatures.
