Turkish Public Law

Turkish law has undergone drastic changes over the last 15 years. Indeed, new laws have been enacted and several laws have been amended to modernize and bring Turkish legislation in line with the EU acquis communautaire. This book aims to provide an overview of the current Turkish public law.
